Nickie holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration & Finance from the University of Akron and has a diverse background in legal admin, preschool teaching, and nonprofit finance. As Finance Director at a childcare center in Warren, OH she managed all financial areas in the business and even served as a part-time Kindergarten Readiness Teacher for many years, which was done with conscientious care. Now serving as Director of GSRP Services at TLG, Nickie’s collaborative mindset and patience help teams stay aligned, clients feel supported, and every number handled with intention.
